Article  Chilocco Cemetery Clean-up     April 19, 11-3 is my booksigning at Brace Book Store for my last book and is the date the Alumni will meet at Chilocco for a clean-up day.  The campus will be the place where a noon meal will be served and is sure to be a time for a fun day. It makes me sad I won't be able to make it.  For those who can be there I hope you will come away with some information  on what is being done and who is doing what. By all means take pictures and send along if you can.  The weather is supposed to be good and that is great. If you go take some notes and send them along. I will put them here on this site for everyone to see. Clean up tools you will need to take; rakes, shovels, gasoline weed wackers, whatever is needed for the grass at the cemetery.  Garland Kent is in the phone book here in Ponca City.  I'm sure he can help you if you have questions.
