When you click on an article to read it you'll note at the foot of the article you get options to send it to a friend, rate it and add comments to it.
By using the comments option you can add up to 2000 characters as a comment so in some ways this can become a kind of discussion board where people can exchange comments based on the origional article.
A new feature has been added for authors. When you login to the service your own panel appears in the top right. When you click on "My Articles" you will get a list of all articles you have submitted. Against each article is now an "Edit" link meaning that you can now edit your article.
And so if have found a spelling mistake or the formatting wasn't as you'd hoped you can now correct this.
I notice some authors don't format there articles too well and thus they don't appear as good as they could. The most common problem is doing a paragraph break instead of doing a line break.
To do a line break simply hold the Shift key down while you hit the return key. You would thus turn...

The description window does allow you to do basic but good formatting to your article. Just like a word processor you can make any words...
Just wanted to explain that those of you that are adding articles to this service can make them available to others through web sites or by emailing folk.
As an author all you need do is go to the Authors panel down the page on the left and when you click on your own name all your own articles will be revealed. Now look at your web browser window and you'll see the web address (url) that got you to this page. Now all you have to do is place that link on a web page or in an email...

Over the years I've had many people send in articles for the site and thought it was time that I gave you a method of adding your own articles and hence this service.
Once you post an article in here it is also available to search engines and so you may well get additional readers than just those using this service.
As this is a public service I do need to explain that we will not allow hate or profanity...
When you add an article to this service you get the opportunity to add an image by clicking on the image button. This however only lets you add an image that is already on the web.
Should you wish to add an image that is just on your own local hard disk you can do this after you submit your article by clicking on "My Articles" in your own control panel on the top right. (You obviously need to be logged in to see your own panel,)
