This is a book that is the earliest recording of a Merchant's Account Book and the earliest complete Tariff of Customs. I have had a copy of this book in my collection for a number of years and from time to time considered scanning it into the site.  I was thus delighted to find that Google had scanned it in and thus now take advantage of this to make it available on the site.
