Help with Emigration to Canada

For your readers information, I was born in Glasgow and was taken by my Parents to Southern Rhodesia ( now Zimbabwe ) & then to London, before returning home to Glasgow, where I was educated, & lived, until I emigrated with my Parents in 1963, to Pugwash, Nova Scotia on Canada's East coast. My Father was a Teacher at Allen Glen's School in Glasgow, & he decided, at age 48, to make the move, & start our lifes anew, in "New Scotland".

I eventually moved to Toronto, Ontario in 1965, where I ended up, as an immigrant myself, working for Canada Immigration in May 1967, & playing Rugby for the Toronto Scottish R.F.C., & later the X L 's R.F.C.  I married Jean, a Nova Scotian lass, & we have 3 fine Sons, named Aaron, Jeremy & Scott. Aaron & his Wife had twin boys in 1997, named Cameron & Riley, & another boy in 2000, named Liam.

After several years of  working in various Imm. Centres within Canada, & Overseas at the Canadian High Commission in London, England, I finally left Government service in Aug 1987,  to become a self-employed, Canadian Immigration Specialist / Consultant.

Since then, as an experienced, former Canadian Immigration & Visa Officer, I have successfully assisted many overseas clients, as their Authorized Representative / Counsel to emigrate to Canada, under the various Immigration categories, through our Canadian Visa Offices abroad

I have also assisted & represented several clients, from within Canada, to gain their Permanent Resident status here, as exceptions to the Imm. Regulations, where merited & allowed.

Presently, I offer initial, & confidential Assessments to clients, prior to any money being spent on Imm. Fees, & before anything goes on record into Imm. Centres here, or to Visa Offices abroad.

I am a fully accredited member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, who is thereby legally able to act as Authorized Representative, on behalf of clients in their Immigration matters; & of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants, who values his good name & reputation

Clients can send  their full details, in complete confidence, to me at my e-mail address of  :-
(
rpdowniejr@gmail.com), or to my FAX # ( 905-338-8523 ) in Oakville, Ontario. Upon receipt, I'll notify them whether their cases are positive, or negative.

My details are at :- ( http://capic.ca ) & at ( http://www.rpdownie.701.com ) for clients'  perusal & reassurance.

As a Haggis Basher & an Oatmeal Savage myself, I look forward to assisting & representing, not only fellow Scottish clients, but also, of course,  those of all other  backgrounds, to a new & exciting life here in Canada.
