I hope the attached
letter will clear up any misunderstanding regarding the flag of
the Sovereign of Scotland. I was told of a supposed letter written
by the Queen stating one could use her flag, and since Lord Lyon
speaks for her in these matters I wrote and asked him. The letter
is his reply.
