2005 Clan Keith Society Elections
 

     Alice M. Hall Hattenbrün, FSA Scot has been elected president of The Clan Keith Society, USA, Inc.  Alice is the first female to hold this position in the 33 years since the society was founded.  She's been a long-time representative for her clan in the state of New Hampshire and has previously held the position of Vice President and was their National Secretary for several years.  Charles Austin of Virginia has been elected Vice President.  Charlie had been serving an appointment in this capacity for the past year.  He is also a long-time representative in his home state of Virginia.  Sandi Glasscock has been re-elected to her second term as Secretary.  Sandi also serves as clan representative in Arizona.  Randall Faulkner has been elected Treasurer.  Randy is also a representative in Georgia.  George Newberry has been re-elected as Director at-large.  George is credited with being a co-founder of Clan Keith Society USA and has served in many capacities over the years.  Clan Keith was founded at the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games, which was also the site for announcing the results of the 2005 elections. 

      The Board of Directors is pleased to be 'going west' in 2006.  The Annual General Dinner and Meeting will be held in conjunction with the Sacramento Valley games (Woodland) to be held on April 29th and 30th, with the Friday night concert on the 28th.  For more information please contact Sandi at secretaryclankeith@yahoo.com
