A Winter Gift

The Family Tree
"Winter Gift"
to those who live in ice and snow!

Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida just as the sun rises...

When I run on the beach, "the pilings" are my southerly stopping point!

These old pilings are all that remains of the once-wonderful Jacksonville Beach pier.  One of the hurricanes wiped it out.

Sunrise at the beach...it's good for your soul!

I found a Megladon tooth right near here!  Sharks teeth are reasonably easy to find, although I've only found that ONE Megladon tooth.  Most of the black sharks teeth are 33 million years old they tell me!

This time of day it's a "private beach" just for me!

Looking north to Jacksonville Beach.  Sea foam everywhere!

This day, it was about 70 degrees at sunrise!
Happy winter!  Summer will come again....
Love,
beth
