One of the most wonderful scenes at a recent Culloden Highland Games at Culloden, Georgia - near Forsyth, Georgia, was this moment when a young man in overalls was being fitted for his kilt! Culloden, Georgia has a population of about 700.  The weekend of the Games there, the population swells to about 10,000.
