Summer Squash With Chicken &
2 medium yellow summer squash
1 medium sized onion
1 can Campbell's chicken & noodle soup
1 1/2 Cups water
1 teaspoon sage
1 Tablespoon grape seed oil
Wash summer squash. Cut off top and bottom. Cut into small chunks. Put in
pan with the water. Cut up onion into small pieces and add to squash. Add
sage, grape seed oil, pepper and salt.
Cook until tender.
Add the soup to the squash and heat together until hot.
