Start with one pan of water to
5 Tablespoons ½ the fat Miracle Whip
4 tender violet leaves
1 clump celery
4 small limes or
1 large lime
1 Tablespoon milk
4 pear shape Italian tomatoes
1 onion sliced very thin
1 box wheat thins
8 slices bread
In a blender put the Mircle Whip, violet leaves, one stalk off the clump
of celery, juice of four small limes. I leave the seeds. Blend well. Run
this through a colander with larger holes in order to stran the hulls of
the seeds and any of the stems from the violet leaves. I like to crunch
into the bitter of the seeds, you may not. Set this aside.
With a fork hold the tomato down in boiling
water until it begins to peel. Take it out, run under cold water and pull
the skin off. Slice these.
Fry the eggs. While they are frying spread the
toast with the Miracle Whip from the blender. Put the eggs on the toast
along with tomatoes and sliced onions if you wish.
Clean the rest of the celery. Spread it with
what is left over of the Miracle Whip mixture. Also put a few wheat thins
on a plate and spread them.
