Tropical Punch


1 measure Koko Kanu Rum
1 measure Malibu
Half measure Grand Marnier
Half measure fresh Lime Juice
Half measure fresh Lemon Juice
2 measures Pineapple Juice

Shake and Pour over ice. Serve in a tall glass.

Rob Roy (with a twist)

1 measure sweet martini
1 measure whisky

Using a frozen, martini style glass, swill round a dash of either Glayva, Angostura bitters or Benedictine to coat the glass. Stir the whisky and martini together and serve.

Pina Colada

Half measure Peach Schnapps / Liqueur
Half measure Tia Maria
1 measure vodka
2 measures pineapple juice
1 measure milk

Shake and pour over ice. Serve in a tall glass.

Whisky Slammer

2 measures whisky
Half measure Grand Marnier
1 measure fresh lime juice
Dash of Grenadine

Serve in a frozen martini glass.

Grand Margharita

1 measure Gold Cuervo Tequila
1 measure Grand Marnier
1 measure Lemon Juice
1 measure Lime Juice

Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake! Take a martini glass and moisten the rim with some lime juice - turn the glass upside down and dip in some salt so it sticks to the rim. Serve the cocktail in the salty glass. May be served without salt if preferred.
