Herb Roasted Chicken

2 - 4 chicken breasts
3 tbls. vinegar
2 tbls. olive oil
1 tbls. margarine or butter
1 tbls. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. savory leaves
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1 clove of garlic, minced or finely chopped

In a small pan mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil over a low heat.
Oven should be at 350o to bake chicken. Breast side down, bones up! :) Drizzle mixture over the chicken. About 1 hour to bake. Baste about every 15 minutes and the last 15 or 20 turn the chicken so the skin or outside can brown.
Makes a really nice moist chicken! Serve with wild rice.
