Mexican Fajita Salad

Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time : 0:25

6 Pieces boneless breast of chicken (Fajita sliced)
4 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic
1 Head iceberg lettuce -- shredded
2 tomatoes -- chopped
1/2 Cup green onion -- chopped
1/4 Cup fresh cilantro -- chopped (opt)
1 avocado -- peeled & chopped
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 cup mexican salsa (Already posted)
1 teaspoon chili powder

In a large skillet, heat olive oil, butter and garlic. Make sure to put heat on low so oil doesn't burn. When oil is hot, brown chicken on both sides in oil, increase heat so chicken gets nice and brown on both sides. Combine all but last three ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, salsa and chili powder. Just before serving, toss salad with sour cream mixture.
