2 1/2 pound beef stew
4 large potatoes cut up
6 carrots
1 onion diced
1 cup celery
3 Tablespoons cooking tapioca
2 cups canned tomatoes or juice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt & pepper
Combine all in heavy dutch oven. Can be
baked 250 degrees F. for 3 1/2 to 5 hrs. |
