Thoroughly mix:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 cup milk
4 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Form into balls, dredge in flour and brown in skillet. Place in baking
dish and cover with sauce.
Sauce:
1 1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 Tablespoon vinegar
6 Tablespoons minced onion
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. |
