1 package (3oz) lime flavored gelatin
1 cup drained shredded pared cucumber
1 cup thinly sliced celery
3 Tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
Prepare gelatin as directed on package.
Chill until partially set, fork in vegetables and salt. Pour into 4 to 6
individual molds or 1 quart mold. Chill until set. Un mold on salad
greens. Serve with mayonnaise or dairy sour cream (thinned with milk) 4
to 6 servings. |
