1 cups cooked flaked fish
3 hard cooked chopped eggs
1/3 up chop olives
1.3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1 Tablespoon horseradish
Dash pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Salt to taste and chill.
Serve mixture as sandwich spread, in tomato cups, or in lettuce leaves
as a salad. Makes 6 servings. |
