Eastbourne Scottish Pipe
Band is reputed to be the oldest non-military pipe band in the country.
It was formed in 1898 by a Mr. George Brown
(a Tailor) and Mr. Robert Campbell (a Baker/confectioner). The band
began its life in what was then the Presbyterian Church in Blackwater
Road Eastbourne.
We are a non-competitive Band who can be
seen around the locality playing at many static & marching events.
