1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup green pepper
2 cups uncooked oatmeal
3 eggs slightly beaten
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
2 cups tomato juice
3 pounds ground beef
Grate onions, celery and bell pepper. Mix
in ground beef and rest of ingredients. Bake 375 degrees around 1 hour. |
