2 cups uncooked noodles
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup creamed small curd cottage cheese
1 Tablespoon poppy seed
3/4 teaspoon salt, dash pepper
1 81/2 oz can green giant peas, drained
2 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to package
directions. Drain in large pan. Sauté onion in butter until tender.
Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, poppy seed, salt and pepper add to
onions. Stir in noodles and peas, heat through. Add parmesan cheese.
