1 (2 pound) boneless pork shoulder
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
2 to 3 small zucchini squash, cut into 1 inch diagonal slices
Cut meat in 1 1/2 inch cubes. Marinate in dressing at least four hours.
Thread all meat and Zucchini on skewers. brush with marinate. Grill over
low heat, 30 to 40 minutes. Brush with marinate occasionally. 6
servings.
