1 large can salmon
4 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon mustard
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 Tablespoon flour
soda cracker crumbs
cooking oil
lemon wedges
Mix salmon with pepper and mustard together. Mix eggs, milk and flour in
heavy pan and cook slowly, stir constantly until quite thick. Add
cracker crumbs to salmon. Let cool. Make into patties. Roll in cracker
crumbs. Fry patties after they have been rolled in cracker crumbs.
Fry patties, brown on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
