When the Russian tanks entered Prague the Kremlin criminals did not know what to do next. All the strategy of politics has changed now that the complexity of modern life makes government impossible without the active support of the governed. It is now the Russians who are in the position of weakness. Imperialism is as obsolete as cannibalism of which it is the political equivalent
