Krafts and Kooking for Kids Korner
Bread Dough Ornaments
You'll need:
  • day old bread
  • white glue
  • cornstarch
  • Ivory dishwashing liquid
  • acrylic paint

Use at least day old bread. Cut off the crust of 4 slices of bread. Break into small pieces. Add 4 T. white glue and some cornstarch. Knead mixture on counter top. Add 1 tsp. Ivory dishwashing liquid. Knead until smooth. Divide into 12 (1-in.) balls. Add acrylic paint as desired for color and knead into dough. Form into shapes. Let dry until firm. Spray with acrylic spray.
