I met Dr. Brad Patterson at
the University of Guelph, Ontario on 18th October 2006 where he was
meeting with Dr. Graeme Morton of the Scottish Studies Dept. and I enjoyed
the talk he gave at the University. He gave me a copy of the leaflet that
I have scanned in below which tells you about some of the work he is doing
in New Zealand. In initial work done by the program it would seem that
around 25% of emigrants to New Zealand came from Scotland.
