I was asked the other day,
“How do you feel now that
You are a Senior Citizen?”
It really made me think.

With all that has happened
In my life, and all that I have
Seen and heard so far, growing
Old scores over the alternative.

To misquote Sir Winston Churchill,
“I am at the point where I get
My exercise being a pallbearer
For those who don’t live this long.”
