Scot of the Year Award 2007
Jean Watson

Jean Watson second from left is posing with her friend Audry on the left and David Hunter, President of the Scottish Studies Foundation and Janice a board member.

All the pictures on this page are smaller thumbnails of the original pictures and  just click on any of them to see the larger picture. The videos are .mp4 format. A wonderful time was had by all and we were chasing the last hangers on out at 1am.

Nola started off the dinner with a prayer...

Let us pray.

O God of power and might, of love and beauty.

We offer to you our hearty thanks for bringing us together this night to celebrate your many gifts to the lands of the Tartan and of the Maple Leaf.

We thank-you for friendships and dancing, for talents and prosperity, for music and laughter; for full bellies and hearts.

We offer ourselves to Your service, aware that having received so much from your bounty, much shall be required in our thanksgiving.

God, may Your will ever be our inspiration, the love of Your Son our salvation and the Holy Spirit our companion and guide.

AMEN.

We had Sandy McIntyre and his band from Nova Scotia entertaining us
