A walk in the green
Pentlands provides a magnificent viewpoint for Scotland's capital.
For a relatively modest amount of effort this walk provides magnificent views
and a good variety of scenery. It starts at Boghall Farm, the headquarters of the
Pentlands Regional Park, where there is a small countryside centre (not always open at
weekends). Ranger-led walks also sometimes leave from here. For more information phone
