Desfile Colectividades 030906

Those photographs belong to our local Collectivities Party ( Septembre 4 to 7 ). I live in Dolores, although I was born in Buenos Aires, since 1990 and the Collectivities Party is celebrated since year 2000. The image shows me at the parade with the Scottish flag and using my tartan colours. A cousin of mine, Miguel who visited Scotland some years ago, lent me the scarf and the tie of our family colours. I was really very, very proud of passing with the flag and showing my tartan; I didn't think I should be so proud, but it's really a very nice sensation. I felt that my greatgrandfather James was looking at me from somewhere.

I don't remember which were the other photographs I sent you, but probabilly they were from the Patio de Comidas, where I was dressed with Lindsay's tartan ( a friend of mine lent me the clothes ). The Patio... is a place where you can go and taste different food of the different countries represented in the Party. I prepared a large amount of Scottish Tablets and I sold them all, they are delicious !!!!
