Wenona Flood's Recipes
Sesame Chicken

1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 chicken breasts or whole chicken
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup butter

Marinate chicken in lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, water and salt. Puncture chicken with fork. Let stand one hour, turn after thirty minutes.

Stir bread crumbs and sesame seed and paprika. Dip chicken in whipped egg and then into crumbs. Melt butter in 12 x12" baking dish. Roll chicken in butter and arrange in dish. Bake 350 degrees F. one hour.
