Donna's Newest Recipes
Spanish Millet


1 1//4 Cup Millet
2 Tablespoons olive oil
sea salt to taste
1 Bell Pepper or
2 Tablespoons dried Bell Pepper
l onion minced
2 small cans tomato sauce
Dash of Tumeric
Dash of Paprika
Dash of Basil
Dash of Garlic seasoning

Parch Millet in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Use a very large deep skillet . You can purchase millet in the health food section of your grocery store. Add 2 cans tomato sauce, and water to fill the skillet. Add the Bell Pepper, minced onion, dash of tumeric, dash of paprika, dash of basil.

Bring to a boil, lower the flame and cover. Cook this on low flame for approximately 45 minutes or until millet is done. This is for a crowd of people and will easily feed sixteen people. It is an inexpensive food to take for a large gathering and will be enjoyed as much as Spanish Rice.
