Our many congratulations go to Clan Mackintosh for winning this award. Here is what the judges had to say...

This tent was arranged nicely...and was covered with a hand-embroidered cloth of Celtic design.  There was a very special portion of the tent which reflects the Indian heritage of the historians know that The Mackintosh came with Oglethorpe at the founding of Georgia...and he married into the Wind Clan of the Creek Nation.  The tent contained books, fruit for visitors, wonderful tartan and even a carpet.  It was evident that this tent had a lot of thought behind it.


The clan  receives...

  • A cheque for $100 from Electric Scotland USA LLC

  • A Winner's Plaque from Electric Scotland USA LLC

  • A Boxed Decanter and 4 whisky glass set engaved with the Clan MacKintosh crest from

  • A copy of the Burke's Peerage Scottish Volume from

  • A one year subscription to Burke's online database and Atavus magazine from Burke's Peerage & Gentry

  • A write up in the next edition of the Family Tree Newspaper.

  • And they now go forward to the end of season "Best of the Best" award where stand to win $1000 and other prizes.
