 CONCLUSION
Mrs. Aaron Casey (Kay Flood) Hanger was
born December 17, 1975, one hundred forty years after her great-great-
grandmother, Mary Ann Witt (Mrs. William Stephens Jones), who was born
December 17, 1835. For Mary Ann's suffering through the grueling hardship
of pioneer life and for her courageous battle she fought to see her
children inherit the beauty of the Oklahoma countryside may her memory be
kept as to the success of her efforts in this rare faceted gift she left
to her granddaughters and grandsons. May we always respectfully remember.
To know of and to remember the love and wishes for their family to have a
chance for a good, clean, free life will be a way we have of acknowledging
and respecting their caring and their hard work. Will we be able to
continue to follow their example and to make our own contributions to our
children's future, and in so doing make a contribution not only to our own
but to all those who are around us?
Aaron Casey Hanger and Kay were married
with the sounds of a Scottish piper in the background as they descended
the wide stone steps hewn in the style of the Scotts off the stone summer
house. The date was April 25, 1993 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Casey's birth
date is July 14, 1976.
Kay Flood Hanger and Aaron Casey Hanger
have a daughter, Elizebeth Lee Ann Hanger. She was born September 27,
1993.

The Flood children are the sixth great
grand children of Wiley Jones who married the widow of Dr. Isaac Stewart
of Mobile, Alabama. Wiley's son was William Henry (Beaver) Jones. William
Beaver Jones was father to William Stephen Jones. William Stephen Jones
was father to Joseph Hubbard Jones. Joseph Hubbard Jones's son was Lee
Otis Jones. Lee Otis was the father of Donna Colleen Jones and grandfather
to Kay. Donna's husband, Rodney's date of birth is April 30, 1934.
