Wheatley Park is where you
can pitch your tent or park your RV and enjoy a holiday with lots of trees
and water. A great place for fishing and bird watching. Here are
some pictures I took...
This is us arriving at the gate to the park
As you can see they gave us a talk as we drove
through the park. As we were driving through a lot of the photos had to be
taken through the bus windows so I really only got a few reasonable
pictures.
Our bus driver was also a fund of information.
He told me the bus company was actually owned by Stagecoach in Scotland
:-)
Right by the park is the 9 hole Talbot Trail
Golf Course which is highly rated by the locals
