Bothwell Oil Museum


We now arrived at the Bothwell Oil Museum and got a taste of what the oil industry was like 100 years ago...


The local expert, Tom Barnes, told us that they used to get 100 barrels a day out of this well


And here he turns on the machinery to let us see how things worked


On the right is John Snake of Delaware Nation Consulting who gave us a talk about the museum site.


And this was why we are paying careful attention to the talk we got just in case we got put into the stocks :-)
