Our opponents who say that the Governments
devolution proposals must lead to the disintegration of the UK are quite
right.
According to my dictionary
"Devolution" is defined "opp. to Evolution, the
degradation of the species". So now you know what the English are
offering us.

of 15 (three of them pro-Russian Czechs) to inquire into the question
whether Czecho-Siovakia can afford anything but inclusion in the U.S.S.R.
That is true — is it not? Of course not! It is absurd; even Moscow
would not go so far.
