There has been revealed in Westminster very serious matters on the legal
system in Scotland and then we also look at how the new hate crime bill
is now interfering with free speech. And how the law in England has a
"Dwelling Defence" meaning you can't be prosecuted for what you say in
your own home. This is not included in the Scottish Bill meaning you can
now be prosecuted for what you say in your own home. See below for

This statistic shows the distribution of non-white ethnic backgrounds in
Scotland in 2018. 96 percent of the population identified as white. The
next highest ethnic group was Asians with 2.6 percent
