| From Perth go west to Crieff (distillery, crafts,
shopping), then north via Sma' Glen to Aberfeldy. Reach east end of Loch Tay at Kenmore,
then go north for Fortingall and Glen Lyon. Continue north to Tummell Bridge and Kinloch
Rannoch. Return eastwards to Killiecrankie (battle visitor centre, walks) via Queen's View
(visitor centre), above Loch Tummell. Optional extensions to Blair Castle, northwards, or
turn south to Pitlochry (shopping, hydro-electric exhibition, festival theatre) then to
Dunkeld (cathedral, Loch of the Lowes - ospreys, The Hermitage - walks). Return to Perth. |
