Here is one of potato
salad. The creamed corn adds a bit of sweet and takes away from the
sauerkraut being too sharp.
8 medium potatoes boiled
½ cup cream style corn
½ can sauerkraut, minced finely
1 finely minced onion
3/4 cup Italian dressing, no fat
Sea salt to taste
After potatoes are done chunk them up into pieces with a knife that rocks
Mince the sauerkraut
Mince the onion
Add these along with the salad dressing and Sea Salt.
Stir and chill. Delicious and has no fat.
