I am slow about working
through this material on the H Factor. It has been some 50 years since I
studied nutrition in school. I remember some of what the man is saying
but then, the fog sets in and I'm lost. I can't find my nuitrition book
but it is someplace around here. Anyway here is the material on the
internet. Isn't this a wonderful new world with so much information made
so readily available to us?
