Donna's Poems
It Must be Great to be Three!
by Donna Flood

Kick a tin can,
Twirl a circle hoop,
Try a new soup,
Play without a plan.

Lay flat on the ground,
Wonder at the legs on a bug,
Slip neatly under a floor's rug,
Fly with arms extended around.

Record a statement by memory as verse,
Study a bird up in a tree,
It must be great to be three!
And, all around, are none the worse.
