Follow the A823 road from Muckhart to Auchterarder and Gleneagles through the glen along the Devon Burn. The area around Castlehill Reservoir is a good place to start a walk through the Ochil Hills. If you have a motorbike - get out the Leathers - this is a must do road. If you are cycling the 2 mile hill at the Auchterarder end is definitely for budding Olympic athletes. Youth Hostel along the way not far from Tormaukin Inn - a popular Local pub for walkers and fishermen.

Castlehill Parks Castlehill Endless possibilities to explore the Ochil Hills. The reservoir has a picnic area adjacent. Turn off the road to the west and explore the higher reservoirs and hills. It’s amazing what you find strolling along the roads. Bring your fishing rod.

Gleneagles GolfAttraction Gleneagles Golf Three championship courses - Kings, Queens and Monarchs - if you are a keen golfer these must be on your play list. Driving range and full instruction, with video replay if you can bear to watch. Pop into the newly refurbished Dormy Club House for a bite or quick drink. Gavin and his team are sure to look after you. Ask about evening golf.
