2008 World Gathering of MacIntyres Taynuilt, Scotland
Post Gathering Information

William Mateer of County Antrim, Northern Ireland who was at the Gathering and acted as an "Official Photographer" would like you to send him your best images from the event with some captions by no later than 30th September as he hopes to put together a Photographic Book as a permanent reminder of the first ever MacIntyre World Gathering, copies would be available later in the Autumn. His email address is w.mateer@btopenworld.com all images should be approx. 8"'x6" @ 300dpi.

Pictures: Pictures sent into us may be saved and printed for personal use only. Other uses you must contact the individual that sent in the pictures. Note also that all images displayed on these pages are larger thumbnails.

Printing: Click on the picture you are interested in to bring up the larger image. When the image loads in your browser right click over the picture and select `Print Picture...: When you do that a box will come up giving you various options. You would first select your printer and then click on Preferences. This brings up another box with 4 tabs.  The first Tab lets you select the kind of paper you wish to use.  Should you just have plain paper then select that but if you have the glossy paper for printing pictures then that can also be selected.

You then click on the Page Setup tab and you`ll see that one of the options is Fit-To-Page printing and so if you select that you`ll print out the picture on one page.  Be sure to also select whether you want to print out portrait or landscape which of course means if the picture is tall then portrait is best but if it`s a wide picture then landscape is best.
