I wish to thank Alan Morrison, Editor, The Sunday Post, for his permission to use the two articles below. The writers, Sarah Johnson and Clark McGinn also agreed for their articles to be reprinted on Robert Burns Lives! Clark recently had one of his articles to appear on this website under the title of “Inspiration on Inaugural Day”.
