Q. Why does it take more than the stated time to download the setup file?
A. There could be number of reasons why this is so. The figure quoted is based on a 56Kbps modem.
You are trying to download the file during the peak hours of activity on the Internet. When the Internet is busy, all file transfer is slow.
Your modem is not operating at its maximum operating speed.
Q. I have downloaded the new software but can't connect because it says the file xxx.dll is not found.
A. You are missing some DLLs. You will need to download the DLL pack .
