Welcome to The Games Channel. We are the world's first multi-player gaming channel offering over 30 on-line games. The Channel does not require any CD-ROM support. All games are downloadable in seconds.

There are three main areas to the channel - the more traditional multi-player games, the more exciting arcade style games, and single player games.

The Games are designed to appeal to all generations. The collection specifically addresses the desire of current on-line gamers to be able to complete games within a relatively short period. The environment also reflects the sizeable on-line usage devoted to chat.

The Lobby is the meeting place for all gamers. Each multiplayer game has its own lobby. Here the player can arrange to meet their opponent or allow anyone in the lobby to sit down and join them for a game. The player clicks on the INVITE button and selects an opponent. An invitation is then sent and, upon receipt of a positive response, the game will then commence.

The Games Channel supports chat rooms that can be created by the players. Chat is also available in the lobby and while the players are playing a game. The Channel also provides a message facility. A player can send a message to any other player and the message is dis played instantly on that player's screen.
