A very large account by the Rev. J. A. Wylie of the
history of the Scottish Nation. This is an old historical text on
Scotland.
General History of the
Highlands
This is a huge and very detailed history of the Highlands (not all of
Scotland), researched in the 1830's and updated in the 1870's.
